Roll20 D&D 3.5 Macros

These macros have been found around the web. I'm collecting some here for my own convenience. I'm also hoping I'll be able to add some that will be useful to other people as I think about what actions and rolls are common in my own games.

Weapon Macros

These are all examples for "weapon 1." If you're filling in the little boxes on your sheet, you need to pick the right weapon number for the current box you're filling in. All of these are minorly tweaked versions of the stuff preloaded in the character sheet when you're using the D&D 3.5 sheet built in to roll20.

Attack Roll Calculation

This roll calculation is referenced by the attack and full attack macros above. You have to fill in your own Power Attack modifier (0 if you're not using it, or 1 if you are, for example).

Basic Damage Calculation

This roll calculation is referenced by the attack and full attack macros above. This is basic damage calculation for your weapon. If you're using Power Attack, you have to fill in the relevant bonus there. You also have to pick the right damage dice for your weapon type.

Detect Magic

2nd Round: Number of different magical auras and the power of the most potent aura.

3rd Round: The strength and location of each aura. If the items or creatures bearing the auras are in line of sight, you can make Spellcraft skill checks to determine the school of magic involved in each. (Make one check per aura; DC 15 + spell level, or 15 + half caster level for a nonspell effect.)

Each round, you can turn to detect magic in a new area. The spell can penetrate barriers, but 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt blocks it.
